I recently had Brae and team to my home to have my furnace and AC unit replaced. From start to finish, this was a fantastic process. The communication, arrival, installation and clean up were seamless. My profession is about as far from HVAC as you get, so I needed to trust that I was getting the knowledge and guidance I needed to make these big ticket decisions and have peace of mind. I had that feeling immediately with Brae. From arriving on time to inspect, to coordinating and overseeing the install, I felt well taken care of - at a fantastic price! Give these guys your business - you won't regret it.
Terrific job done by Daly, honest and job done effortlessly by team of professionals, quick and clean, all details, warranty explained and filed. No extra charges.
A little clarity
Good questions.
Straight answers.
A few things to know before requesting service for your Courtice home.
Are you actually based in Courtice?
Yes. Daly Home Comfort is based at 61 Cherry Blossom Crescent in Courtice and serves homeowners across Durham Region. We come to your home for service.
My heat or hot water is out. What should I do?
Call 905-924-3657 for urgent service enquiries rather than waiting on a form response. We’ll confirm availability; submitting a request does not book an appointment.
If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building and call 911 from a safe location.
Do I need a repair or a replacement?
You don’t have to decide before contacting us. Tell us the equipment type, what is happening and its age if you know it. We can discuss the next step. Read about furnace repair ↗
Can I plan an upgrade rather than an urgent visit?
Yes. Choose “Just planning ahead” under the optional timing field and tell us what you’re considering. If you want to explore financing, view the financing information ↗. Financing is subject to credit approval; eligibility, rates and final terms are determined by Financeit.
Who handles building permits for my Courtice home?
Courtice is part of Clarington. If heating or cooling work is part of a renovation or addition, check the project requirements with Clarington Building Services before work begins. The municipality’s permit guide explains the application process; the requirements depend on the work proposed.
