Furnace cabinet suddenly started leaking a lot of water. Called around a few places and was told basically 24 hrs later for a tech to come out. In fact initially Brae also mentioned the same however I explained it's pretty urgent. I'm sure as a homeowner any pooling of water within 15 mins is not something duct tape can fix and must be addressed.

As the AC was due for a service I decided to have that done as well where some elements were already open.

On Communication. I strongly believe that this is where the contractor industry fails 9 times out of 10. Poor communication, unclear communication, lack of response and general demeanor or annoyance from questions from the client all contribute to this major problem in the industry and too many small contractors just don't get it.
I can say with confidence that Daly Home Comfort was fantastic in the area of communication. Brea Daly was clear and concise with the work needed. He responded to my questions very quickly and made sure I was kept in the loop. They were slightly delayed in arriving for my job due to the previous job running a bit long and he reached out to me, unprompted, to let me know they would be arriving at a different time on the same day and not to worry, I was not forgotten. This was a huge plus as most contractors leave you in the dark to changes like this.
He did not recommend more than was needed and even advised against when I asked about things that were not needed. He gave me options and made sure i understood them.
Brea and his team arrived and got right to work replacing everything that needed to be replaced for a 30 year old AC replacement. His whole team was pleasant and patient with my questions. They did great work and did a thorough cleanup after they were done

After looking at many different options to heat our newly built large structure, I talked to Brae, who recommended a high efficiency furnace. Within a day I had a fully detailed quote, which included a three year labor warranty from Daly Home Comfort. We were able to schedule the install for the next week (before it got cold!) and Brae and team had the furnace installed and running in one morning. To save time, he had even pre-built the platform the furnace was to stand on. The team did an amazing job -- super clean, super professional. Although we had previously agreed it was OK to run the power cord along the ceiling, they were able to get it up into the attic, so the install looked perfect!

Furnace cabinet suddenly started leaking a lot of water. Called around a few places and was told basically 24 hrs later for a tech to come out. In fact initially Brae also mentioned the same however I explained it's pretty urgent. I'm sure as a homeowner any pooling of water within 15 mins is not something duct tape can fix and must be addressed.
Brae said he'd be there in 15 mins.
Problem solved within 15 mins of arrival.
As the AC was due for a service I decided to have that done as well where some elements were already open.
All things completed within 30 mins as the other components in the AC was just fine.
However that is peace of mind at least until the next service.
