One time my unit was leaking inside and another time my condenser was making a very loud buzzing noise. Both times he was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. A recent meter exchange resulted in 2 red flagged appliances at our home. We contacted Brae at Daly Home Comfort who immediately returned our request for assistance. Brae and his team resolved both issues in no time at all. One of the issues was with our furnace which was 21 years old on the same day, we were provided an option to have the furnace replaced rather than spending money to repair something that would probably fail in a year or two. The price was good, the install was professional and swift and we were very impressed. The other issue was a minor leak in a line feeding our fireplace. Again, that issue was resolved quickly and properly. We will definitely call Daly again in the future as needed. Thanks.

Furnace cabinet suddenly started leaking a lot of water. Called around a few places and was told basically 24 hrs later for a tech to come out. In fact initially Brae also mentioned the same however I explained it's pretty urgent. I'm sure as a homeowner any pooling of water within 15 mins is not something duct tape can fix and must be addressed. Brae said he'd be there in 15 mins. Problem solved within 15 mins of arrival. As the AC was due for a service I decided to have that done as well where some elements were already open. All things completed within 30 mins as the other components in the AC was just fine. However that is peace of mind at least until the next service. I do appreciate the above and beyond response time with Brae. Thank you. Specs of service below: Air conditioning system cleaned and performance tested. Tested operating pressures, subcooling and superheat - all readings within manufacturer specification. Outdoor condenser coil inspected and found clean; no cleaning required. Evaporator coil treated with foaming coil cleaner. Service call Evaporator coil was overflowing due to a blocked condensate drain. The drain sits in a very tight space at the side of the furnace, so additional labour was needed to disassemble it. Drain cleared through its full length, reassembled and tested - draining correctly.

I actually called Brae by mistake after intending to contact a different HVAC company to help with my AC repair. From our brief phone conversation, I got a genuine, trustworthy impression. He was polite, friendly, and professional, so I decided to have him come instead. He arrived very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had my AC repaired in about less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend Brea Daly and his team. This morning, I had no heat from my furnace that Daly installed recently. I went to his website and sent a service message to them. It was before 8 am. Within a few minutes, Brea texted me and by 9am, he was at my front door. We looked at 3 different companies to replace our broken furnace. After weighing our options I was happy I was referred to Daly Home Comfort by a personal friend. I cannot overstate how impressed I am with Brae and Daly Home Comfort. Our furnace malfunctioned in the wee hours of the morning. I texted Daly Home Comfort at 7:00 am. Brae called me back before 7:30 and was at my door an hour after that. He diagnosed the problem in seconds but needed a specific part that he didn't have on hand to do the job. He manually lit the furnace to give some temporary heat while he went to get the part. While appreciated, that turned out to be unneccesary as he was back and had the part installed and furnace up and running in less than an hour. I am highly sceptical when reading google reviews and have never written one before, but I can attest that Brae and Daly Home Comfort have very likely earned every single one of them. He earned my first ever review. Very impressed and very grateful. Thank you Brae!!
